Ultimately, at Spotlight Speech and Drama School we aim to teach Dramatic and Creative Communication Skills to the highest of levels, nurture talent and life long friendships. As we encourage young people to communicate and perform with confidence, through a mix of activities we ensure that every child feels free to grow and be inspired.
Jennifer has been involved in performing arts all her life, she attended Speech and Drama classes from age 5, where she quick became hooked by the performance bug. Jennifer continued to study Speech and Drama for over 18 years completing all her Irish Board of Speech and Drama Grade Examinations. In 2015 she completed her Associate (Teaching) Diploma (A.I.B.S.D.), while in 2018 she completed her Licentiate Teaching Diploma (L.I.B.S.D.). After school Jennifer studied at St Patricks College of Education in Drumcondra (now apart of DCU), studying English and Human Development with a special interest in Childhood psychology and the affects of drama on personality development. In 2018 she began her studies with the Gaiety School of Acting under the direction of Antoinette Duffy, graduating from both Advanced Performance and PTC course. Most recently she has completed her Masters in Theatre Practice receiving a 1:1. She is a proud and active member of The Speech and Drama Teachers of Ireland, PAEI, and Create.
